Brenda Maday, M.S., has worked in the Human Resources field in different roles for over twenty years. She has been an HR Generalist, Senior HR Generalist, and HR Manager in the manufacturing, contract manufacturing, machining, and non-profit health care industries. She has practiced all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, training, coaching, management, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. Brenda has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Roosevelt University.
